Pay in 4

Hello, so I’ve been using Pay in 4 for a while now. I cannot seem to find out where some of my loans have went. They’ve disappeared from my pay later, yet they’re saying my balance still remains. How else can I find them?

I understand your Pay in 4 plans are not showing even though they haven't been paid off yet, and I'm sorry to hear that. If you're using the PayPal App, I recommend double-checking that it's up to date. If it is, try clearing the App's cache in your phone's App Settings or uninstalling and reinstalling it. If that still doesn't work, I might check on a mobile web or desktop browser. 

You can Contact Customer Support through one of the options listed on our Help Center here if the plans still don't show up.

Apparently, I have to call to make my payments. I will admit, I am several months late to finish my Pay in 4. Due to financial issues. So, I have been putting money aside to pay it off. However. I’ll most likely have to wait til income tax. The loans are a bit much to handle. I feel more comfortable about paying it digitally than on the phone. Also, I will try out what you gave as an option. Thank you so much.
