Pay in 4

Hello, I used PayPal Pay in 4, I was charged the whole amount as well as the first round of payment. Charging the full amount right away totally negates the service of Pay in 4. I read somewhere the amount will be refunded 72 hours after it was charged. Plus the lack of answer PayPal customer services provides based on the many people going through this exact situation. Please give an answer on when my money will be refunded, cause if it doesn’t then I’m basically paying twice. First the full amount then the 4 payment plans.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
