I made a purchase through pacsun for the pay in 4 and it’s showing on my paypal account the pay in 4 amount ($13 and some change) then the full amount $55.08 for the order. they both say pending transactions but i’ve been charged for my pay in 4 payment already cause it’s shown on my bank account that it’s been taken out. Will i be double charged for my order? if so am i able to get the $55.08 refunded? not sure what else to do because as of right now i can’t open a dispute for the $55.08 pending authorization and pacsun won’t let me cancel my order
