Pay in 4 went through but also charged the complete full amount on a separate transaction

Hello,

 

I recently put in a order and used the Pay in 4 option. The pay in 4 went through but something went wrong during checkout and I was charged the full amount in addition to the pay in 4. How do I go about resolving this?

I just had similar; was to be 4 payments but they took the whole amount!
