Hey guys, I made 3 separate transactions using PayPal pay in 4, the orders were canceled by the merchant, but it’s been over 30 days and on my PayPal, the orders are still “pending”, I can’t use my pay in 4 balance because of this, anybody knows how long it takes for PayPal to cancel those and make the funds available again? I emailed them and got no real answer to my question, thank you all in advance.
