Pay in 4 showing up but not allowing me to use

Hi, I have pay in 4 showing up but when I go to use it, the site tells me it’s not being accepted even though I have had 20 or so previous pay in 4’s all paid before the final due date. So I have no infringements from using pay in 4. What is going on? Yes I will call PayPal and discuss when they are open next.
