Pay in 4 rejected

I was able to use Pay in 4 the last couple months, but recently that payment option keeps getting rejected. Every time I select it, I get asked to check my address/ contact details and then I get an error saying my contact details cannot be verified. I haven't changed my contact details recently and they've already been verified. Not sure what's going on. Does anyone have the same issue or know how to fix it? Cheers
