Pay in 4 problem

Hi there,

Suddenly over the last few months when I try to use the pay in 4 feature, my billing address (home address on file and residence of 8 years) refuses to be recognised by the app, and the address on my credit card statement (my PO Box for secure delivery of mail)  also refuses to be recognised and says so (no PO boxes).
My question is how do I get around this issue, so I can use pay in 4? 

Any savvy advice appreciated!
