I went to pay an invoice the other day got the option of Pay in 4. Got to last step message came up saying something is wrong. Checked everything tried again same message. Third time said this option not available to me. Why? Will I never be able to use it? First time I’ve used it & dismayed. I had to pay the invoice in full which I was trying to not do. Help please
