I am trying to pay from Ebay. When I choose Paypal, the screen comes up with Paypal payment options as well as pre-approved Pay-in-4. If I select a payment account then click Pay-in-4, the highlight on the payment account disappears and the whole thing starts over. If I just choose Pay-in-4, same thing. Paypal tech has not reached out yet. Any thoughts.
