Pay in 4 denied due to "unusual activity", when can I try again?

So recently I had a bunch of pay in 4s. Like I mean a good amount, like a lot. But it kept letting me do it and it was perfect, I was only going to put 2 more on it, but then it told me I'm on hold for "unusual activity", unfortunately I heavily rely on pay in 4 to receive goods I can not afford for my exotic cosmetic shop. So I need Pay in 4 otherwise I can't afford the materials. Long story short when can I retry and use it again? I have an awful lot of them these next 6 weeks. But I only need like 4 more in the next 8-10 weeks. So, yes I did a lot of transactions, when can I expect to use it again? Like I said I'm reliant on this service, it's helped me a lot.

Also - I had the max amount 1500 and was always pre qualified. But one day after having a very high amount of transactions it stopped me due to "unusual activity" and now I can't use it anymore. I'm hoping after I pay off the ridiculous amount of pay in 4s I have I get back to 1500 and the offer back. But I knew something was up when I checked one day and the amount lowered to 800 I thought that was odd. Then boom - denied due to unusual activity. I've never missed a payment so I don't understand why the amount of transactions would affect anything other than "hey someone hacked your card bruh". Which you'd think they'd have a way to verify it is you making all these purchases, but they don't. Message center "support" if you can call it that, is no help either.
