I was ordering stuff from pacsun and I chose the plan of pay in 4, but then when it brings me to the finalize page, it told me to agree on the insurance or everything, so I did it but my wife was kinda laggy at that time so I refresh it 3 times and press on the “agree” 3 times and now when I checked my bank it charged 3/4 of the total amount of money. I asked for a refund but it said it was on pending so PayPal literally charged me 3/4 money for no reason and now I have to continue paying with my “pay in 4” plans

Hello @Lwj_0215,
Welcome! I'm sorry to hear a recent Pay in 4 transaction didn't go quite as you had expected. Normally, Pay in 4 transactions will appear in your activity feed for the full purchase amount under the merchant name as a “purchase” within your PayPal activity. The down payment and subsequent payments will also be reflected as a separate transaction in your PayPal activity and represents the actual payments made. However, while you may see 3 other authorizations on your bank, only one should be completed with your first installment payment.
I hope that clears everything up,
- Jon K
