Pay in 3

Went through with getting a pay in 3 on PayPal, first payment was 79 pounds but then decided different so I cancelled it and they have now give me a refund but its only 50 pounds ? Which is significantly lower and I can not find out why the bot they said to message is just not helping

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

I do understand your concern with this. If a transaction is cancelled by a merchant, a full refund would be issued to you. If the merchant issued a refund, they may have issued a partial refund. PayPal cannot control the amount of a refund you receive.
