Pay in 3 payment charged twice

Hey, I made a purchase on 3rd December and used the pay in 3 payment plan and my card was charged the initial 1st payment, I’ve woken up today to another email saying my payment has gone through and can now see a second charge on my bank account for the same amount of money. Is this just a duplicate and will drop off or am I best trying to get hold of PayPal ? Thank you 😊

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
