Hi, so while ordering on a site I used PayPal pay in 3 and completed all the PayPal side but then nothing happened. I retried this but on the second time I got an error when returning to the merchant. Upon checking my PayPal I now have two pay in 3 transactions that have both taken money but waiting for authorisation. I contacted the site and they said they can’t see any invoices related to my email or post code. Will both of these be cancelled as I don’t need them? I was never taken to an order confirmed or complete page so I don’t think either of the orders worked anyways. I’m assuming I’ll be refunded after some time but does anyone know how long that will be? Thank you all
