Pay in 3 not offered even tho payed off all payments

Just wondering why pay in 3 was not offered even tho I have paid every payment off in time UK member here I have lost the ability to use pay in 3 across all PayPal sites now I have never missed a payment

I am sorry to know that you are not offered with PayPal Pay in 3. Please be informed that if the option isn't showing when you try to make a payment, it may be because Pay in 3 is not available for certain sellers and goods or the merchant you're purchasing through hasn't opted to accept this options as a payment method. Also, there's a chance you're running into our Security System. If our Security System assessed there's a higher than average risk with a transaction, it might limit what payment methods you can use. To help with this, I would recommend to try again after couple of days. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
