Pay in 3, keeps asking to verify my identity

Is anyone else having the same issue? Been using pay In 3 for a while now, no issues, payments made on time etc. Tried to make a purchase and it comes up with a message, identity needs to be confirm when X amount is reached. Follow the process, upload documents, get an email all accepted and account limitations have been lifted….. perfect…. Nope everytime I try to use pay in 3, I get the same message…. Click the link and it states my account is fully functional. I ring customer service today to be told there is an issue and it’s affecting loads of people. Just wondered if anyone else had this? This has now been going on for around 3 weeks.

This Message suddenly appeared for me today. I verified my Identity and the message still appears. Has this resolved for you now? 😊

Hi! I did! I ended up calling and they said that the system can take a few days to update! A day or two later everything was fine again 😁
