Pay in 3 - available for me but not my wife - anyone have an idea why that might be?

Hi all - Just wondered if anyone had any insight into this? She’s had her PayPal account longer than me and has probably used hers more than I have, but for some reason it just isn’t an option for her whereas it tends to be for me. Is this luck of the draw or something we’ve done wrong somewhere? Thanks all.
