Pay-In-4, Return, Single Item In Multi Item Order

I ordered multiple items from multiple sellers on Ebay and want to cancel/refund one specific sellers item. Does this effect the entire order even if they are from different sellers since I used Pay-In-4? Or how might this work?

Welcome to the PayPal Community, this is a great question. Your refund request for one item in a multi-order Pay-in-4 purchase should only affect the item you're requesting a for. You should see the option to open a dispute for that one specific item if needed, but we recommend first reaching out to the merchant to start the refund inquiry.
