Package holiday from lastminute

Hi, I purchased a holiday package on lastminute.com with free cancellation option included. I decided to cancel y trip and cancelled within 12h from the purchase and I had until 16 of July to cancel for free or so I thought. Now lastminute site wont reimburse me all the transaction only partial. To be more exact £902 which has been two weeks and still havent received it and £400 is still left to be agreed and refunded and but Free cancellation means full refund or so I thought they are misleading people , is outrageous and there was no clear message like what is refundable and what not when I agreed to and continue to the payment , I thgout myslef I am protected as I paid for free cancellation, image my suprise, I am do angry! I paid with Paypal, already escalted the claim with them, do you think I have any chance of winning the case?
