PPP loan with Paypal is SWIFTCAPITAL the underwriter or is it Fraud?

did anyone that applied to the PPP loan with paypal got a company called swiftcapital asking for information and signatures on a docusign ?

We are trying to decide if it is related or a fraud before signing this and give them any info.

I had the same email, it looks very official, but I don't trust emails so I came here looking for an answer.
