PAY in 4 took my money but order didn't go through?

Hi! I recently tried to order something online using PAY IN 4 and the money was taken however my actual order never went through. So I did it again and the money was taken out again, however my order didnt go through again. Any Help as to how I can cancel these?

Did you happen to figure it out im in the same boat did it twice now im down twice as much and no item im **bleep** off

No I havent 😞 But I did manage to find a similar problem, and it says after 72 hours the payment will be void so I'm hoping that means the money will be put back as I never went through with the order/transaction, so we'll see!
