PAY IN 3 ISSUE

I recently used the paypal "pay in 3" service for the first time which read "pre-approved" at checkout. The first payment has been deducted from my bank account but my paypal status says "my plan hasnt started yet" and I have received no confirmation emails from the company I have purchased the item from. Is this because paypal has rejected my request for the pay in 3 plan.....they have not sent me a message to confirm this??....Thanks.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear that you have not received a confirmation email from the company that you purchased from. Have you contacted them to ensure that your order will be fulfilled? If they do not have an order in their system for you but the transaction is showing in your PayPal account, then there may have been a hiccup during the purchase. 

 

In addition to checking in with the merchant, you can also verify the status of the Pay in 3 plan by contacting PayPal Customer Service. You can find your options for contact by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
