• We resale the products we purchase through PayPal and we are located in Scottsdale, AZ, USA.  How do we submit a resale certificate to avoid being charged sales tax since we have to charge sales tax to our customers?  Thank you.

PayPal does not collect sales tax on payments. I suggest consulting a tax professional to address your concern.
