Outlook crash vs Paypal receipt

Hello! I have a weird problem.

Outlook crash when I open Paypal receipt... on windows 10 and office pro 2016... Any Idea whats the problem.

I've found several forum from 2011 with the host file fix to block a specific IP ending with 2o7.net but its not working.

Paypal need to fix this.  That kind of thing and problem never occured on any of mail I've received since I use Outlook...
