Ongoing Unjustified Dispute Issues and Account Restrictions

Attention: PayPal Customer Service,

I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues I am facing with my PayPal account and the incessant disputes from customers, who seem to be exploiting your system to their advantage.

Since my account has been restricted, I have been facing a series of unfounded and unjustified disputes. Despite providing proof of delivery (order numbers, dates, addresses, and screenshots via the ParcelApp system), I consistently lose these disputes. This concerns nearly 10 parcels, for which I have undeniable proof of receipt by the customers.

Here are the PayPal order numbers involved in these disputes:

  • PP-R-OTZ-509339291
  • PP-R-OBC-511045118
  • PP-R-FCW-510866225
  • PP-R-EWN-510695716
  • PP-R-YAA-509473756

A glaring example is the case of (Order PP-R-OTZ-509339291), who filed a dispute on December 26th, while her parcel was delivered on the 27th. She only complained about non-receipt two weeks later, which is suspicious and suggests an attempt to obtain the product without paying.

Regarding customers claiming that "the product does not match the description", I offer a return to our warehouses in France. However, the restriction on my account prevents proper management of these cases, with customers being refunded without any intention of returning the products. The orders concerned are:

  • PP-R-CYT-509805280
  • PP-R-AQY-509805757
  • PP-R-CRP-510724230
  • PP-R-OXY-510258219

I am on the verge of taking drastic measures, including involving a debt collection service and publicizing this issue on social media to warn other users about the risks of using PayPal in their shops.

I urgently request you to review these disputes and take steps to rectify this untenable situation. A prompt response and concrete action on your part are imperative to prevent this situation from worsening.

Sincerely,
