I made a sale using the popular service StockX. StockX uses Hyperwallet which is connected to Paypal, and it states that my payment has been released to Paypal but it is nowhere to be found in my account. I tried sending a message to Paypal as well as calling and when I called I got put into an automated support loop that was not helpful.
I’m in the same boat my money looks like it’s sitting in hyperwallet but not giving me the ability to transfer it anywhere. The email that is tied to the payment has no transactions! I want my damn doe!
Same thing here, Stockx mady a payout to Hyperwallet over two weeks ago (January 21), the money is nowhere to be found. Hyperwallet has no Service Hotline for EU-Citizens, only in Canada. When calling paypal and asking to check the status via an unique transaction code, no one knew anything about it. Horrible customer service from both sides.
