Not eligible for Pay in 4

I tried to use Pay in 4 with some stores and I keep getting the error message stating that my account is not eligible for Pay in 4.

Is there some hidden criteria that is preventing me from using this service?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! This is a great question, I can understand it can be a bit concerning not being able to use Pay in 4. I found a Help Center article that covers some Questions about your Pay in 4 application.
