No QR code in mobile app

Why there is no generate QR code or scan QR code in my paypal app. It is already updated but still can't see generate QR.

Yes, QR is available in mobile apps. But this option menu is not shown on some servers. 
e.g., if the Indian server app QR code is not available, but the German server app QR code is available.

PayPal payments are available in a total of 28 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, the UK, and the US.
