I can't find any help guides on this at all, but do you lose the option for Pay in 4 when you're checking out if you're a business account? I have been able to use it just fine before, but after transitioning my account, I no longer seem to have it.
No. I reckon, they don’t want it for business use (verses household use). That is why each user can have a personal account and a business account. You’ll have to open a personal account with different email address if you want to use Pay in 4.
