Need to setup a Braintree Live/Production account.

Contacted Braintree sales for over a month and haven't heard back.   Sales people fail to contact me after submitting their contact form several times.

We have already built an application with the sandbox version and can't afford to redo it with another payment gateway.

Please can this be looked into asap.
