Hello I made a purchase with the app called quad pay on mercari. Macari wanted to verify the card number from quadpay and the payment was taken out of my PayPal cash debit card I want to cancel this transaction because I'm not going to receive the item because it didn't go through and I was still charged I can't get through to no customer service with quad pay or mercari I don't know what to do
