Need help with possible refund of my pay in 4

Hello so I was trying to buy a pc from Walmart and my pay in 4 are 315 dollars, but the order got cancelled by Walmart for some reason. So now I’m wondering why I got money taken from my account if the order got cancelled, I have a charge that says pending for that amount as well as the pay in 4 says pending. I just want to know how do I get a refund please

Try clearing cookies or use another browser as that is a U.S help page for U.S paypal accounts.

Walmart cannot use the refund option for a pending transaction that has been cancelled.

The pay in 4 auto-refund for a CANCELLED transaction is as per link I posted.

If its still pending then the funds would auto go back to your funding source. You may have to wait for the pending status to time out at 30 days if Walmart did not void it, if they did then you may get it in a few days.

Ah I see, I emailed the Walmart support and they said I didn’t get charged by them, so it’s from PayPal

Then if its pending it will time out at 30 days and any payments would be auto-sent back to your funding source.
