To move money from bank to PayPal is free.

This link will allow you to view your PayPal Credit Dashboard: Log in to your account (paypal.com) 

You should see your open PayPal Credit plans there. If you want to make an additional PayPal Credit payment, see: How do I make a PayPal Credit payment?
