My Zettle card reader displays “Watchdog Reset” and I’m unable to use device. Does anyone know how to overcome this? I’ve tried holdi mg the power button for over 20secs, the screen goes blank but then returns to the same “watchdog reset” page. I tried to trigger the settings menu using the 1379 twice trick but it does nothing.
We got also the same problem today 16.08.2022 and there is nothing else to do other then disconnect the power supply and let the card-reader drain it's battery, when the power in the battery is drained then you can turn it back on and continue your life like nothing happened 🙂
