I understand you just upgraded your account to a business account, but you don't have the option to set up Mass Payments. I am sorry to hear this. As you have only recently started using PayPal as a business, you more than likely are not eligible to apply for Mass Payments yet.
To apply for Mass Payments, you’ll need to:
- Have a PayPal Business account
- Pass our verification process
- Have an acceptable business justification to use the product
- Have a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) or a PayPal Sales Representative
Once your account has met the above criteria, you can apply by contacting your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or PayPal Sales Representative.
