I cannot seem to log into my PayPal account on my iPhone 7 app. However, I can, via the web browser. Any fix please?

Please check the "Settings" within your phone to ensure the latest update of the PayPal app has been installed.

Hi, Thank you for replying. I have the latest app installed, yet I get the error prompt when logging in. However, I log in successfully using a browser. Regards

Hi, I'm also experiencing this issue with my Iphone 8 Plus. I can't login into Paypal via the any browser or PayPal App on my phone. It keeps getting stuck on loading the 2 factor authentication screen. It does however let me login without 2FA, and works perfectly fine on my PC.

 

Any ideas? This started happening a month or two ago
