LoanBuilder Log In Reset Issues

I applied for the PPP and needed additional documentation added. I was advised to click the link for further information. I've tried logging into LoanBuilder but the same ID and PW as before but it doesn't work--authentication denied. It makes no sense but no worries I can reset my PW.. completely wrong. I go to reset my PW but after entering my new PW and re-entering it, I'm asked for an answer. An answer to what?!?! LoanBuilder PW reset didn't ask ask any security questions! How am I suppose to supply an answer??? 


Any thoughts? I need to resolve this as soon as possible as we need to complete the PPP loan!
