Hello PayPal Community!
This is my first message to the community and we're relatively new to PayPal as an organization. So forgive me if I use incorrect terminology.
If we are unable/unwilling to ship to certain states for a user that's checking out with PayPal, is that possible to do? If so, how would it be done in a high-level. And, if we needed to allow for shipping to states that we disallowed through PayPal checkout, would it be relatively easy to change for the future?
