It's says that PayPal working in Kyrgyzstan but i can't download their app

In the official site it's says that PayPal works with Kyrgyzstan but when i open Google play it's says that their app is not supported in my country.

Paypal is supported in your country but the option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available.

You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive Paypal payments.

I do understand your concern with this. From my knowledge, I don't think the PayPal app is currently available in your region. This would be why you are receiving this error. 

PayPal are always looking to expand their products and services. If the app does become available for you in the future, you will be notified.

Hi Rachel, PayPal website quotes that it's app is available in Saudia Arabia but play store says otherwise. Can you guide me further?
