Issue Paying All My Bills

I am having an issue with all of my accounts that I use PayPal to pay bills on. The system will still let me enter my payment amount and select a method of payment, but it no longer lets me change the date of payment on any of my accounts. I thought maybe there was a glitch with the website, so I removed all but one of the billers (the county I live in to pay my property taxes), but when I search to add them again, they do not show up. This includes not only my electric utility (Southern California Edison), gas company (SoCal Gas), and the city I live in for my water bill, but my internet provider (Spectrum). This is on multiple devices, including my phone, tablet, and computer. I do not believe that every single one of the places I pay bills to no longer accepts PayPal. Please help me sort this out.

No I was not. After browsing online, it seems this has become an issue for others as well. If the change was intentional, I wish PayPal would communicate it to us so we are not caught off guard when we can no longer pay our bills.

I have a similar problem. One of my Bill Pay items for a mortgage lender disappeared. I can go to the activity tab and select a previous payment and there is a Manage Bill button. I click the button and can not edit and cannot get the "PAY" button and cannot see it as one of my Bill Pay options. I did not manually remove it, but it disappeared. The lender is Nationstar, dba Mr. Cooper

I spoke to a customer service rep about this issue and he had no earthly idea what I was talking about. All the bills I had been paying are gone. Can't add them either. What is going on?

Same here. Gave up after an hour and two CS reps. Useless and kept talking about transactions and auto bill payees that should have mine listed (but did not).

I have the same issue with the same utility providers as you. Those companies are not even searchable in the PayPal database anymore. My hunch is they're forcing everyone to use their payment services now and no longer accept 3rd party payments such as PayPal.

I’m on the same boat as you as well as most here. On 2/19 I messaged PayPal regarding not being able to select a future date when paying a bill, though I was still able to actually pay. Now, I can’t even pay them at all. After constant back and forward, I was provided case number CSTS0046851. This is simply a number for me as I can’t search anywhere in PayPal to track the status but thought I should share it.
