Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. This is a great question. PayPal doesn't offer grants in the traditional sense of the word. However, you can check to see if you are eligible to enroll in PayPal's Giving Fund. Or If you prefer, you may also wish to review the options for a Working Capital loan as well.
