Is the PayPal Holiday Giveaway Free Entry Method working?

I have had the same experience, received an email from PayPal on 26th December 2021 informing me I had won a 25 pound prize,(my second one) but there is no notice of this win in my account.

Anyone else get emails about a prize amount of money that you have to spend before the end of the year? I can't find anything to spend.

How do I use the £25 voucher, is it for selected stores only?

I have had a few emails stating that I have won £25 prize money, which needs to be spent or donated by 31st December. I haven't been able to contact PayPal to find out if it is real. Anyone else getting a similar email or know if it real or a scam? Thanks.
