Hi. I am trying to make a purchase on an outside retailer called EyeBuyDirect using PayPal's pay in 4 method. Every time I click PayPal, it pulls up a tab and stays on the loading screen for a very long time. I have spoke to their customer service and they cannot figure it out. I have also tried on different browsers and different devices. I can't figure out how to solve this.
