Invoice issues

I keep getting an error message when trying to send an invoice. Is this happening to anyone else? I don’t have any pending notifications on my account. What could be going on?

I could create an invoice but it wouldn't send - just stayed as a draft. Someone on another thread suggested removing all the text from the 'message' or notes section at the bottom, (which I had written something in)  I did this - removing all text - and it sent straight away...!    Worth a try.

When is this going to get resolved? Seems ridiculous for a company of this size.
