Every time I create a Paypal invoice an edit the business information / add a logo it is never saved for the next invoice. This is even worse on the Paypal business phone app as it does not have the option to change this business information. Am I missing something or can this only be done on the computer an has to be manually edited every time?
I am able to have the logo saved and appear on the next invoice so it’s possible.
When on the Invoices page via PayPal website, click the cog icon next to the “Create Batch Invoice” button. Select Business Information and Add your logo and set what other info you want to show globally (or not) on your invoices. Hit Save. Then test to see if your next invoice will show the logo and preferred info.
