I had a 12 month instalment plan with Dyson, which I then returned for a full refund. I can see the full refund amount in my PayPal credit transactions, however the instalment plan is still showing in my credit account as having instalments remaining, and the amount is still being included in my credit balance. Why is this if the full amount refunded is showing as complete in my account?
