I was offered 50 dollars for opening a Venmo account and getting the black card in which I did I want to know when will I get the 50 dollars I was promised by paypal

Refer to the terms of the offer documentation. Can’t seemed to find any terms on that promo so it may be targeted promotion by invitation or fake.
