I received an email about a $20 gift, its been a week and the money still hasnt arrived. What gives?

I received an email from paypal last week stating that i could collect a $20 gift. I claimed it, and it hasnt arrived still. What gives?

I do understand your frustration with this. I am not aware of any $20 gift offers that are currently running. It is possible that the email you received did not come from PayPal.

If you clicked on any links in the email, I would suggest you change your PayPal password and secuirty questions. This can be done by following the steps here.
