I understand your concern about the PayPal debit card being delivered to the old address. In this type of situation, you may have to contact us and explain your situation to our representative then ask them to have the card canceled or blocked. Once done, please log in to your PayPal account and check if the current address is correct. If not, please update the address by following the steps in this help center article and request the new card again.
